Job Opportunity: Accentuate History of Place Project Manager

Screen South is seeking to recruit an exceptional Project Manager to continue the delivery of the ground breaking national  heritage project, History of Place, collaborating with a wide range of cultural and heritage partners to change attitudes towards disability.

History of Place, funded by Heritage Lottery Fund has brought into the spotlight the hidden history of deaf and disabled people by establishing local archive and research groups, delivering creative workshops and training and creating three landmark exhibitions in Bristol, Liverpool and London.

This post represents a unique opportunity to build on the successes that have already been achieved and ensure a lasting legacy from the project.

  • Salary: £33K per annum pro rata to the end of July 2018.
  • Hours: Up to 28 hours per week, some evening and weekend work, recompensed with time off in lieu.
  • Based in Folkestone, Kent with travel across England, with potential for remote working.
